Q. Is there any tax?
A. Ohio residence need to pay 7.5% sales tax. All others pay no sales or any other taxes when placing an order with us.
Q. What
if I don't want to put my credit info online, do I have an option? A.
Yes. We offer a very secure online server, but if you are uncomfortable with
that, we do offer a "mail in" option in where you can send us a check
or a money order. Once payment is received, we ship the item.
All online credit card orders are shipped immediately. You can also place your
order by phone during our normal business hours. 9:30-5:30 M-F and 9-3 Sat EST
at 1-800-301-5814.

you need
to find
your
item on
one of
our
online
catalogs
listed
on the
left of
this
page.
With
your
item
with be
a link
that
either
states
"order"
or
"inquire".
If it
states
"order",
we have
plenty
of the
item in
stock
for
immediate
delivery
and we
encourage
you to
click
the
button
and
proceed.
If it states "inquire" we may still have it in stock, but
these items tend to come and go so we encourage you to inquire about the item
using our online form. We almost always get back to you within the same day,
many times within the hour. Once
you have clicked the "order" button, you will be take to the shopping
cart where you click the "add to cart" button to place the item within
your shopping cart.
The
next page gives you three options. The first allows you to change the quantity
of
the item within you cart, the second allows you to check out and finish placing
your order and the third option allows you to continue shopping if you so
choose, retaining the selected item in your shopping cart.
Assuming
you choose the "checkout" option, here is how to complete the order
process.
Once
the checkout button is selected, you will be taken to a page with shows you
the two options for payment. On the left is a button "to secure
server". This takes you to our very secure server in which you can complete
your order using a credit or a debit card. Once your information in typed in
your will be directed to a review page where you can check to be sure all the
information is correct. If everything is correct, be sure to check the finalize
purchase button at the bottom of the review page. Your order is now
complete. You will receive and email confirmation of your order and also receive
a UPS tracking number so you can view the progression of your order. This UPS
tracking number will be sent a the close of the next business day.
If
you select the "mail order form" you will be taken to a form that you
can print out, write your information on the form and either fax or send it to
us in the mail. With this option we ship the item as soon as payment is
received.
